Taqdeer is an integrated system for managing, operating, and organizing vehicle damage assessment processes electronically, with high professionalism and expertise, in accordance with the best international standards and practices. The Taqdeer system works to standardize procedures and establish technical integration with all parties involved in vehicle damage assessment — starting from the vehicle assessment request and assessment centers, to spare parts suppliers, and sending the report to the concerned authority — with the aim of facilitating and simplifying the procedures for those affected
Who has the right to object?
The vehicle owner or their authorized representative
The party responsible for compensation or their authorized representative
When is the objection submitted?
Delay in issuing the report
When the condition of the vehicle differs from the accident photos, leading to decisions that result in an objection
In the event the vehicle is classified as a total loss or not
In the event of an objection to the determination of the accident dimensions and the damaged parts
In the event that any party is dissatisfied with the assessment results (spare parts – repair costs)
Objection to the valuation of the vehicle's market value before and after (the showroom)
Channels for submitting an objection
The beneficiary is directed to open the request through one of the following methods:

Levels of procedure
Global Ob

Level One

The client submits the request through the official channels, and the request is sent to the center that issued the assessment report for review and case study. The center is responsible for responding within a maximum of two business days

Global Ob

Level Two

The center notifies the client of the objection result, and if the applicant does not accept the assessment, a request is submitted to the relevant authorities
